Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with tags attached, and along with the invoice we provided.

Exchanges are allowed only once.

You can return or exchange products within 14 days by sending them to us through Yurtiçi Kargo using the provided return code, along with the completed return/exchange form and your invoice.
