Return Policy
Our return policy allows you to receive a refund for products purchased online within 14 days from the date they are delivered to you, provided that you present proof of purchase (invoice). Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with tags attached, and along with the invoice we provided.
Exchanges are allowed only once.
You can return or exchange products within 14 days by sending them to us through Yurtiçi Kargo using the provided return code, along with the completed return/exchange form and your invoice.
Return shipping costs are covered by MATHILDA GRUP TEKSTİL İÇ VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ.
Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return or exchange requests without a completed return section on the invoice or without a completed return/exchange form will not be processed.
Service fees paid at the time of purchase (such as shipping fees, bank transaction fees, etc.) are non-refundable.
